中国湖北省XX市XXX校和XX国XX学校合作备忘录
 

 

　　XXX and YYY （hereinafter referred “two parties”） recognize that cooperation in the field of education has important and far-reaching significance promoting mutual understanding between China and XXX. Both parties believe education means far more than helping students to aim for excellent academic achievement. Both parties share the common mission to provide all-round education for the total development students. Further, it is the desire of the two parties to establish a sister-school relationship. In consideration of these goals, the two parties agree to the spirit and intention outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding （MoU）。

 

　　中华人民共和国湖北省XX市XX校和XX国XX学校（以下简称 “双方”）认识到双方在教育领域的友好往来和合作将对促进中X双方相互了解产生重要和深远的影响。双方认为教育不仅限于培养学生取得出色的学习成绩，学校肩负的使命在于为学生的全面发展提供全面的教育。为此双方有意缔结姐妹学校，特签署以下合作备忘录。

 

　　1.1 On the basis of equality and mutual benefit, this MoU is intended to provide the opportunity for communication and cooperation between two parties. Both parties encourage communication and cooperation in all levels and in various channels.

 

　　本备忘录的主旨是在平等、互惠和互利的基础上为双方学校提供交流和合作的机会。双方愿意积极促进多种层面的、多种形式的交流与合作。

 

　　1.2 Both parties encourage communication in school management, teacher training, and student development.

 

　　双方愿意就学校管理、教师培训、学生成长等方面的实践和学术研究，进行广泛的交流。

 

　　1.3 The two parties wish to share and exchange educational information and to encourage educational exchange between their students and teachers.

 

　　双方愿意互相提供和交换教育信息，在学生及教师交流方面开展合作。

 

　　1.4 This MoU constitutes entire understanding and agreement between the two parties and their affiliates with respect to its subject matter. No promise, representation or agreement, other than as expressly set forth herein, has been made to or by the parties. This MoU does not, and is not intended to impose any binding obligations on the parties.

 

　　本备忘录表达了双方及其相关附属机构对本合作项目的相互理解与认同。除了备忘录中表达的意向和约定之外，各方不做其它任何承诺，象征或约定。本备忘录不具备，也不有意对各方施加法律约束力。

 

　　1.5 This Memorandum of Understanding is made on XXX 2017. Included herewith two copies in English-Chinese. Both copies have equal effect.

 

　　本备忘录于 2017年XX日签署，一式两份，用英文和中文写成，两种文体具有同等效力。
